User registration
Existing clients of ITSM Reporting Services can register to access support
pages, download software and manage their profile. Others can register to
manage their profile and access support pages.
- Enter your company master password if you have one.
Without a master password you will not be able to access software downloads or
other organisation specific information. You can however provide a master
password at a later date.
- Provide a unique username.
- Enter your email address, the email domain name must match the registered Client
domain name if a master password has been provided.
- Click Register.
Your password will be emailed to the specified email address
